Eclipse Effect Entertainment happily provides you with night club DJs and current Big Island radio personalities to make your next wedding one you'll always remember. Before each wedding we offer a consultation and make sure we are reachable for any questions and concerns you may have. We are fully insured and require a contract for ease of mind that you will be covered on your big day.

Now offering complete wedding packages which includes live acoustic dinner music, sound set up with disco lights, DJ, emcee, and uplighting, or you can just pick the services you want. Wedding packages starting at $650.

Uplighting

Uplighting adds amazing ambiance to your wedding. From a soft glow of your favorite color, to a color that matches your party theme. It will help set the mood. The Eclipse Effect Entertainment staff can work with you to help design the lighting in the room for your wedding reception. We combine your ideas and our suggestions to make an amazing looking reception hall.

We're also making uplighting affordable to you. We are one of the few mobile DJ companies on the island that offer advanced lighting services that are all done in house, that way we are able to pass on the savings to you. Special uplighting prices are available with any of our services packages. Ask us about them. Uplighting as a standalone without our DJ services are higher in price. There is an additional charge for each extra uplighting fixture. Amount of uplighting needed depends on the size of the room and what we uplight. Below are some pictures of past uplighting events. Personalized Gobo

A personalized gobo is the bride and grooms names, initials, or monogram that is displayed on the walls or dancefloor.

Here are the personalized gobo prices:

1 color: $130
2 colors: $330
3 colors: $390
4 colors: $460

Please book these custom gobos 2 - 3 weeks before your wedding to allow for time to get the gobos cut and shipped.

Wedding Ceremony PA Set Up

This is probably the most important time of your wedding. You need a professional who can coordinate and cue up the correct music for your walk down the isle. Eclipse Effect Entertainment can help provide that for you. We can set up a PA sound system and have a DJ cue up your ceremony music or have an acoustic musician play your ceremony music live for you.

Planning

Once you book a wedding package with Eclipse Effect Entertainment, we make it easy for you to keep in touch with us and take some stress off the planning. You get exclusive access to the client login area, which gives you access to planning forms which allows the emcee know who to announce in your wedding party or lets the DJ know what song to cue up at what time, a timeline form to help plan a timeline for your reception, a music request form that lets you look up your favorite songs and submit them to us to have ready for your wedding, and a news and blog section that helps give you song ideas for the first dance, father-daughter dance, etc.

During the Reception

You'll be assigned a coordinator for your wedding reception to help you and your planner make sure the reception is going by schedule or at least near the given schedule. We have great coordinators that have lots of experience running and stage managing many events, from small events to big concerts with thousands of people. Wedding receptions are supposed to be a fun for the wedding couple along with their friends and family, so it doesn't always have to run on time, but the coordinator can help the wedding reception run smoothly and run within a given time frame. The coordinator will also keep in touch with the DJ and emcee to assist and help make sure the info they got is correct, and that the correct music plays at the correct time.
